Feeling NOT GOOD ENOUGH?

So what about that feeling of not being enough? It’s nasty, sneaks up on us and resides in the back of our heads, not planning on leaving any time soon. 😱Right?😱

It can sound something like:

– I’m not smart enough🤓

– I won’t handle this

– I’ll never get customers

– People will not like my product😑

– My service is not good enough

– I’m not good enough

– Others are enough, but not me!

and so on.

First of all, everyone has these thoughts from time to time, but some people just manage around them. 😉

Because it’s this THOUGHT that actually stops you from succeeding. It’s not that you’re not smart enough, that other are better, that you’re not good enough. It’s the thought itself that destroys your mood, motivation and self-esteem.

All that we are is the result of what we have thought. (Buddha)

Imagine yourself WITHOUT that thought. Imagine taking it into your hand, blowing on it and releasing it high into the sky. And then feel the pure you, without that thought. Feel your shoulders relax and your chest filling up and moving forward. Enjoy this freedom that you suddenly feel, even though nothing in the physical world has changed. Breathe deeply through your nose.

What if you WERE enough? Just hypothetically, imagine in another world, you ARE GOOD ENOUGH and SMART ENOUGH. Imagine yourself SUCCESSFUL. With a big, happy smile and certainty that everything will be all right.👌 Do it for 20 seconds to release the endorphins.

For some of us even imagining that is impossible, we are so used to that thought, we hold on to very tight it as if it was a life buoy that is stopping us from drowning. So the first thing I want you to understand is that this thought is not a life buoy, it’s a rock that’s pulling you down.

Once you let go of that thought, you will open your mind to opportunities, abundance and your business will transform.

That’s one lesson for today, repeat that exercise with releasing the thought as often as you can, in fact any time it appears. It’s not a magic wand, but if you practice it regularly results will come – you will be less anxious and allow creativity in.
